Orders and delivery

Why do a launch pre-sale?
We are a small, growing Quebec company, and we have just started our adventure with passion and lots of enthusiasm!

The majority of our products come from Western Canada, particularly the Vancouver region.

The transport costs over this long distance are very high, which represents a significant challenge for a young company like ours.

Pre-sales allow us to group orders together to reduce shipping costs and offer you exceptional quality products at a fair price.

It's a way for us to build something lasting, while introducing you to unique flavors from across the country.

When will I receive my order?
Processing times during a pre-sale are a little different than those for a regular order.

Our pre-sale ends on April 20, 2025.Once this is over, we move on to the stage of receiving and preparing orders.

You can therefore allow 10 working daysfollowing the end of the pre-sale for your order to be shipped.

You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your package is on its way.

We make every effort to ensure you receive your products as quickly as possible, while maintaining our commitment to quality and service.

What are your standard processing times?
Our regular processing times are 1-3 business daysafter we receive your order.

Once the package is shipped, delivery usually takes between 2 and 7 business days, depending on your region.

Please note that during peak periods (such as the holiday season or during special promotions), processing or delivery may take slightly longer.

Either way, you will receive an email with a tracking number as soon as your order is on its way!

Why are the delivery costs high?
Some of our items, such as BBQs or griddles , are particularly large or heavy. They therefore require specialized transport , which increases delivery costs.

For lighter products , we do our best to offer affordable options and even free shipping over a certain purchase amount !

Keep an eye out for our promotions and special offers: there are often ways to save on shipping costs.

Our goal is always to offer you the best value for money, without compromising on shipping speed or security.

Can I pick up my order in person?
At this time, we don't offer in-person pickup yet, but it's something we're planning on doing in the future!

We recommend that you subscribe to our newsletterto be informed as soon as this option becomes available, as well as of all our new offers and promotions.

How do I track my order?
As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number.

You will be able to follow the progress of your delivery directly on the carrier's website.

Are your hot sauces very strong?
We have a range for all tastes from mild and fruity sauces, to sauces that can wake the dead! 🔥

Each product comes with a clearly labeled spicinesslevel to help you choose the one that matches your preferences.

No matter your heat tolerance, you'll find the perfect sauce to spice up your dishes!

Do your spices contain allergens?
We clearly display known allergens on each product sheet to inform you.

However, sauces and seasonings may be produced in facilities that process peanuts , soy, or gluten.

If you have any specific questions or concerns regarding allergens, please do not hesitate to contact us at info@epicesbbq.com or via the chat box on the main page.

We will be happy to provide you with all the information necessary to ensure your safety and satisfaction.

How do I store my spices and sauces?
To ensure the freshness and flavor of your products, here are some storage tips:

Spices: Store them in a cool, dry, darkplace to prevent them from losing their flavor. A cupboard or drawer at room temperature is ideal.

Sauces: Once opened, sauces should be refrigeratedunless otherwise indicated on the label. Be sure to close the caps tightly to maintain product quality.

Do you offer gift cards or special promotions?
Yes, we offer gift cards as well as special promotions during certain times of the year (like the holidays or our birthdays).

Payment and security

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit cards and some prepaid cards.

My payment was declined, what should I do?
Please check that your information is correct or try another card. If the problem persists, please contact us!

How do you protect my personal information?

All information you provide to us is treated with the utmost confidentiality and is protected by SSL security protocol.

We never share your information with third parties without your consent.



Return and after-sales service

Can I return a product if I don't like it?
For hygiene and food safety reasons, food products cannot be returned.

For accessories, BBQs and cooking plates, we accept returns unused and in their original packaging, within 14 days of receipt.

Please note that return costs are the responsibility of the customer.

I received a damaged product, what should I do?
Write to us at info@epicesbbq.com, and send us a photo of the damaged product within 48 hours of receipt, and we will find a quick solution.
